In the vast area since 1989, the villagers are a quiet pedestrian block and an exciting activity place. According to the urban development plan, the marginal areas of the village's old city will follow the village, and the small-scale death structure will be changed from a long-term to a frequent active city headquarters.

From market square to city level

中央廣場由西方教區教堂主導。從這裡開始，步行區沿舒爾加斯方向向西延伸。舒爾加斯作為城市主軸穿過的重要地區，在城市空間中連接著重要的具有社會性的地方。通過將步行區延伸到舒爾加斯，核心區可以實現其作為城市生活中心的新功能地區。

The central fair square is dominated by the western parish church. Starting from here, the walking area extends to the west of the church along the direction of schulgasse. Because of its importance as an important main axis through which the city center passes, schulgasse connects places of urban and social significance in urban space.By extending the walking area to schulgasse, the core area can realize its new role as the center of life.

From the terrain, the school bus lane is characterized by terrain jump, which spatially divides the area. This kind of zoning provides the opportunity to create different atmosphere and contact points. The project considered this kind of city space situation from two aspects of space and function and concentrated it in the body's ” city seam”.Through the seam, the market is experiencing a linear elastic extension along schulgasse.

Kirsch park is designed as an elevated landscape. It provides an overview of the park and divides the area according to its requirements and route. The diagonal axis and the existing subordinate passages in the border area have been preserved. The floor of the market square will extend to kirkpark, creating space for small activities. The inclined slope of the church invites you to have a rest in the shade. Besides buttonwood, there are also red oak trees, pine trees, silver ash, Turkish oak trees and ornamental cherries.

Small – scale interventions create locations for spatial differentiation. Highlight the different areas in schulgasse and provide them with different atmosphere. For example, the atmosphere in the entrance hall of an old town in bahnhof strae area is a place for free consumption, where the bustling noise at the entrance of the market square can be observed.
The edge of the city, which is a topographical condition, experienced a deviation from the ” forum” area and formed a staircase, which can also be used as a seating step and oriented to a new circular fountain.

Black concrete furniture with wooden seat cushions of different shapes is available in the market lobby and Kirsch park residential area.The surface of the market has been taken over in its extended materiality and structure, and its contrast coloring has been strengthened. Therefore, the laying of light granite and anthracite basalt supports the natural connection between history and the new generation of city centers.The entire dornbeen inner city expansion project will be carried out in several stages. The first part of the realization was well received by people, thus realizing its promise as a busy and bustling city center.
