三面云山一面城，一江春水穿城过。桨声摇曳，由八千年的跨湖桥文化、五千年的良渚文明启“源”，成就了杭州千百年来，历史、文化与经济交织发展的城市故事；时光变迁，科技的进步带给人们更多的惊喜，创新的“基因”，从诞生之初便根植在这座城市的土壤里。智慧产业群星荟萃，信息经济与先进的科技企业落户杭州，大数据赋予这座城市更聪明的大脑。

在时代的浪潮之中，在人们心目中是“杭州工业”代名词的拱墅，也在城市有机更新中谋划转型发展，积极推进“腾笼换鸟、凤凰涅槃”。为了告别工业时代，将产业转型升级，打造一个以数字经济为引领，产城融合的智慧网谷小镇的想法跃然纸上。作为杭州首个创新型产业用地上崛起的小镇，一个创新创业的蓬勃世界正欣欣向荣。作为小镇的首发项目，顺丰创新中心如同一滴开源之水，以27万方的综合产业园规模体系，涵盖商业、办公、展览综合配套等多重功能，焕发片区新的生机与活力。

Gong Shu, as the name card for “Hangzhou Industry”, conform to the tide of the times, is also planning transformation development in the city’s organic update, positively forwarding the process of “keeping cage while replacing the bird, and Phoenix Nirvana”. Saying farewell to the industry time, an idea of transforming industry buildings into an intelligence valley town lead by combining digital economy, city and industry is revealed. As the first town rising on the innovating industry land, one innovating world is flourishing. As the first developing project, Shunfeng Innovation Center is like the origin source of water, with 270 thousand square meters complex industrial park, consist of commercial, office, exhibition and comprehensive supporting services, will bring the district new vitality.

设计哲思
Design Progress

作为智慧网谷的首开项目，顺丰中心该如何淬炼这份饱含城市发展与深厚企业文化的精华，将建筑与城市的关系恰如其分地连接？由此设计团队开启了颠覆性的思辨与探索。

As the first development project of the intelligence valley, Shunfeng Innovation Center has to consider how to draw the essence of the development of city and the company’s culture, how to build appropriate connections between buildings and city. Thus, the design group begins revolutionary thinking and exploration.

作为生长在杭州的本土设计公司，我们受到以“水”为核心的开源文化的启发，以“链接、串联”为主题，重视群体与个体的关系，通过切割、退让、围合的形式，创造出灵动而又紧密的空间关系，重构并置建筑的多维度形象，展示统一而又富于变幻的设计哲思。设计的艺术性在于透过空间去观看城市，同样城市中的场景也在回应着空间。由此，我们摈弃传统产业园区同质，单一的排列方式，探索城市界面美学，以瞩目的造型为城市氛围注入新鲜血液。

As a local design company, we are inspired by origin culture centered on “water”. Under theme of “link and connection”，we pay attention to the relationship between group and individual, using slicing, setback, enclosure to create a flexible but inseparable spatial relationship, to rebuild multi-dimension architecture images, and to display the coherent while alternative designing principle. The design artistry is about observing city through architecture space, while city sceneries are responding to space. Thus, instead of generic and simple arrangement of the pattern, we are researching the beauty of city, and inserting an astonishing profile as new blood into city’s atmosphere.

建造札记
Architecture Notes

经过对项目的深入研究，我们发觉，产业建筑的打造，需要对企业自身使用空间、后续发展空间，相关产业使用空间及综合服务空间的整体考量，它将不再是单一的产业办公，而是成为城市空间中，共享共融共创的主体。项目用地由跨越市政道路的两块相邻城市地块构成，因此，如何在满足项目功能需求，平衡建筑结构造型的同时，解决项目的整体性问题和建筑内部交通关系变得尤为重要。

设计顺应整体规划的肌理，以“点面”结合的平面布局铺展开来。地块西侧与北侧为城市主干道，高达90米的主楼便坐落于城市道路交叉口，由城市道路而来，建筑以其强烈的昭示性告知人们即将进入一片新的区域；顺应地形，副楼以高耸、挺拔的姿态沿北侧依次排开，整洁统一的展示园区整体形象，提成片区城市界面气质。依附主体楼群，地块南侧以流线的形式遍布商业与综合配套等其他功能性建筑裙房，裙房屋面与建筑立面采用一体化设计，形成优美的第五立面。

The design complies with masterplan texture, resulting in a layout of combining ”point and surface”. On the west and north sides of the site are the main avenues, where the 90m high main tower locates at the junction. From the view of the roads, the main tower implies a new district is ahead. Answering to terrain, the rest towers lines at north side with tall and straight profile, neat and coherent park figure, improving the interface of the city. The annex building, locating at north of the site, is of streamline form. It contains function of commercial and comprehensive supporting functions. The building has a coherent integrity design, resulting a beautiful fifth elevation.

而在近人尺度城市界面，设计师则将关注放在空间的通透性与视觉张力上。面对切割地块的城市道路，设计师将过街天桥的概念进行升级，将底层裙房的尺度进行延伸，人的体验路径被贯穿其中，立体层面上强调建筑的高度与道路的空间尺度比例，营造对称统一的街口形象，打破室内外的边界，于建筑之中穿插具有城市功能的“盒子”。在整体性的前提下，东侧建筑以3栋办公楼品字围合布局，在最大建筑密度的条件下，最大尺度的保留内部院落，营造相对独立通透内部景观空间。

Dealing with interface close to human scale, the designer focuses on spatial transparency and vision tension. To cope with the areas separated by city roads, the designer updates the overpass bridge concept and extends the ground floor of annex building, introducing visitors’ experience route inside it. The façade of the building emphasizes on coordinates scales between building height and road space, aiming to create coherent street corner images, breaking the boundary between interior and exterior. Meanwhile insert “Box“ of the city function into the building. On the premise of integrity, 3 office buildings on the east side of the site are enclosed in the layout. Under condition that maximizing building density, the design maximize the inner garden size, to create a relatively independent and transparent landscape.

巧思妙意
Design Principles

为了更好的打破空间的界限，创造活力的办公空间，通过多专业之间的协作沟通，我们重新组织建筑的空间体验。在相对方正的建筑体块中，切割出内凹的退层空间，组织形成错落的跨层楼台，在丰富立面的同时，为在其中工作的人员提供休憩放松的场所。

To help breaking spatial boundary and creating dynamic office space, we reorganized spatial experience by cooperating with multi-professions. By slicing a concavity space from a cube architecture volume, we created staggered cross floor terrace to enrich the façade while provide the workers a relaxing space.

裙房顶部通过跨街天桥的连接，构建层次迭起的空中花园。为了更好的保留屋顶景观资源，设计上尽量将设备及疏散楼梯边置包覆，消隐不利元素，提升整体形象；同时，最大化保留顶层面积，为后续的运营与改造预留充分的发挥空间。

The overpass bridge connects the roof of the annex building will create multi-height sky gardens. To keep a better roof landscape, we tried our best to locate facility equipment and evacuation stairs to less advantage spots and cladding them to eliminate disadvantage elements, so as to improve the overall image. The maximized roof area will provide abundant potential developing space for upcoming operation and alteration.

光影印记
Light and Shadow

值得一体的是，在设计进入尾声阶段，国际知名设计事务所Gensler也参与其中，为建筑创造极具未来科技感和律动变化的现代表皮。以飘带式的设计，水”为核心的开源文化再次升华，抽取精髓成为建筑的灵感，在不同角度和时间，呈现出不同的颜色以及“S”型的水波纹动态变化，建筑不再是传统印象中冷冰冰的钢筋混凝土构筑物，而是能够具有韵律感的与周围环境融于一体。

It is worth mentioning that Gensler, a global famous architecture design company, was also involved in the end phase of the design, providing the buildings with futuristic and rhythmic modern façade. The ribbon style façade come from the meaning of origin water which are extracted from the essence of water origin theme, as the inspiration for the architecture design. From different angels and at different time, the façade presents different colors and a dynamic “S” shape wave. As a result, buildings are no longer traditional cold concrete architecture, but are able to be dynamic and integrating with surroundings.

顺丰产业园的设计与落地，不仅仅是杭州智慧网谷的一大开源性建筑，更代表着杭州大湾区创新产业的风向标。从规划到建筑设计再到如今的建成落地，创新无所不在。

The design and complete of Shunfeng Industry Garden, is not only the meaning of first phase development in Hangzhou Intelligence Valley, but also set a great example for the innovation industry at Hangzhou Great Bay District. From masterplan to architecture design, innovation is omnipresent.
